The research was aimed to determine the profile of the architecture of the knowledge management (KM) in manufacturing firms taking as a reference the variables associated with the stages of organizational knowledge such as: creation, identification and acquisition, classification, storage and protection, implementation and updating, transfer and measurement. It supported by four pillars corresponding to the internal platform: culture and leadership, corporate reports TIC, collaborative communities and patents. Methodologically, this study is in the form of field research, of a descriptive nature, enabling it to find relationships between the 38 indicators to explain by means of dimensions that were grouped as the variables under study allowing identify the profile of the KM in the CVG Venalum case it is composed of 10 factors that explain the variables based on the 54.52% of the total variance. These factors led to the creation of 10 dimensions. These are: knowledge acquisition, qualification, storage and preservation, creation of knowledge; remuneration, leadership, TIC, company efficiency, training perception, motivation and participation in decisions. | |
