The main work at the Institute is carried out in the field of automotive vehicles and their impact on safety and the environment with R&amp;I projects and programmes, specialist and post-graduate education and technological services for industrial and transport companies and public entities.<\/span>\n            <\/p>\n            <p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n                <span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva; font-size: small;\">With respect to international projection, the group leads the thematic network on traffic accident investigation (RETEICA) in Latin America, and, in Europe, the research staff represent Spain at the United Nations, in various work groups, takes part in the ERMES group (European Research on Mobile Emission Sources) and is a part of various European networks of excellence, such as ECTRI (European Conference of Transport Research Institutes) and EEVC.
