The final product is delivered, diluted and lyophilised.<\/p>\n<p>Biochemical analysis (spectrophotometric, electrophoretic and chromatographic) of <strong>nutrients <\/strong>in food, mainly plants. Phenolic compounds, antioxidants, total sugars and proteins can be analysed, amongst others. The final results are delivered in a report with graphic representations and statistical analysis. All analyses include a preliminary experiment design to ensure the representativeness and amounts of substrates needed to do all the analyses.<\/p>\n<p>Extraction and purification of biomolecules using biochemical methods adapted to the study matrix. El trabajo que desarrolla requiere de las etapas de recolecci\u00f3n de semillas, estudio y caracterizaci\u00f3n, limpieza y preparaci\u00f3n del material, conservaci\u00f3n en c\u00e1maras, regeneraci\u00f3n cuando es preciso de las muestras, documentaci\u00f3n e intercambio del germoplasma con otras instituciones.<strong>Ecofisiolog\u00eda de la germinaci\u00f3n y dormici\u00f3n de semillas<\/strong><strong>Caracterizaci\u00f3n ecogeogr\u00e1fica, morfol\u00f3gica, bioqu\u00edmica y molecular de recursos fitogen\u00e9ticos: <\/strong>Los trabajos que se realizan en esta l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n se basan en la utilizaci\u00f3n de diferentes metodolog\u00edas de caracterizaci\u00f3n ecogeogr\u00e1fica y morfol\u00f3gica, distintas t\u00e9cnicas bioqu\u00edmicas (aplicadas sobre prote\u00ednas) y diversos tipos de marcadores moleculares (analizando directamente el ADN) con objeto de conocer la diversidad o variabilidad existente en los recursos fitogen\u00e9ticos analizados (tanto cultivados como silvestres).<strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n agron\u00f3mica de recursos fitogen\u00e9ticos<\/strong><strong>Sistemas de informaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica aplicados a la conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong><strong>Conservaci\u00f3n<em> in vitro<\/em> y crioconservaci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Se estudian las t\u00e9cnicas de conservaci\u00f3n<em> in vitro <\/em>mediante limitaci\u00f3n del crecimiento y de crioconservaci\u00f3n en nitr\u00f3geno l\u00edquido (-196\u00baC), como alternativas para la conservaci\u00f3n de germoplasma vegetal.
