| The aim of this paper is to show UPM¿s measurement facilities and some first studies of its capabilities to hold a millimetre wave antenna measurement system. The current laboratory is able to measure up to 40 GHz in different configurations. Its installations consist on three chambers, each one dedicated to a particular measurement scheme. In this communication, we will carry out a brief state of art review. Then, we will focus on studying quiet zone simulations at 100GHz for our compact range set-up. These calculations are early behaviour studies of the UPM serrated main reflector using PO skills and analytic calculus techniques. This work is a part of the Terasense project in the fields of antenna measurement and design. | |
