ABSTRACT TeO2 glasses have attracted great interest as potential solid electrolytes 1. This work presents a systematic study of systems of the type: xMO (1-x) [0.5MoO3.0.5V2O5] 2TeO2 (M: Mg2+) with x values of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9 manufactured by quenching technique. The amorphicity of the compositions thus prepared, was confirmed using X-ray diffraction and structural analysis by microscopic techniques. The study of the electrical properties of these glasses is performed by impedance spectroscopy at a temperature range of 300 to 700 K and for the frequency range from 10-3 to 107 Hz. Data of ionic conductivity and activation energy is provided according to Arrhenius model, analyzing the influence of the composition in each case. Additionally we study anomalous behavior of the electrical response at low frequencies, and support the interpretation of these phenomena with the Raman study of different compositions. It reveals the presence of thermally stimulated currents (TSC) and analyzed the reversibility of the same. Agradecimientos: Este trabajo está financiad | |
