Identification of the country of origin of the beans by NIR spectroscopy.Supporting SBMevaluation and quality control systems of the European Feed Industry. The two major objectives of this research are 1) provide fast and accurate methods for identification of the origin of the original beans and 2) develop accurate prediction equations based on NIR analysis of the most common protein quality indexes (KOH sol., PDI, and trypsin inhibitor activity) used for SBM by the Feed Industry.
