Abstract
The study was carried out by Raman spectroscopy and conductive-AFM (c-AFM). The objective was to modulate the electron concentration of InN nanocolumns by electrolyte gating and see the effect in the Raman spectrum and in the intrinsic conductivity of single nanocolumns by measuring with C-AFM.
