This work aims to establish the basis for the training of students of architecture in acquiring the necessary knowledge of an academic discipline which has traditionally been called Legal Architecture. Contents as ethics and structure of the professional practice, architects board organization, procedures and administrative building regulations, contents of the architectural project and practice of the construction management, risks prevention, civil, criminal and administrative liability and urban regulations are included in the study plans and must be often updated as the society demands new roles for architects. New teaching methods, according to the European training agreements are explored within this paper showing the impact of these new methods in the results obtained by the students. | |
