| The main technological objective of this work is the waste reduction in tomato processing industry based on the analysis of the first steps of the production chain: harvest and transfer to the industry. LPF-TAGRALIA will contribute by applying data analysis techniques, sensing and information technologies for the identification of critical control points and the definition of possible solutions and recommendations. | |
