s paper presents an analysis, as a case study, of the development of the ?Bluetooth terminal? application, a tool to monitor Bluetooth devices. ¿e objective is to get further insight on how to use piv- ots to get a product closer to its users, and on how to introduce creativity during a new product early stage development. Another issue analyzed is how pivots can be determined based on the user?s feedback, introducing the of the Build Measure Loop, and how as- sumptions or new ideas can be evaluated following the path created by the Build Measure Loop and the Minimal Valuable Product | |
