Since this study lays the groundwork for omni-channel, the investigation must meet consumers? desire. The challenge, then, is to identify the factors that influence consumers? option selection in omni-channel for delivery and return. To do so, this study bases on the concept of salient beliefs from the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to do an exploratory study and compare the results with previous studies using TPB in multi-channel contexts. | |
