The interface exposed in this paper is based on automatic speech recognition independent from the speaker that avoids the previous training of the system in order to simplify the learning. It also makes use of text to speech software so as to feedback each of the request asked by the user. The system is based in a limited use of Natural Language. It uses a wide spectrum of semantic structures and a large vocabulary for the interaction with the different devices of the smart home. The recognition program is based on a tree structure consists on a root node that corresponds to the system application, a first level of branches corresponding to different actions or elements, depending on the model, and the rest of the levels represent the elements to control or the different states.
