Abstract
In this article, two formulations implemented in Matlab for the dynamic simulation of multibody systems are described. The developed framework allows a rapid development of pro-grams and a clean implementation of algorithms, offering many aids to make the data pre and post-process. However, Matlab is not efficient at all when working with small matrices, as hap-pens with multibody systems.
