Abstract
The aim of this work was to determine the influence of two minor prolamin loci, Glu-B2 and Gli-A2 on some parameters of durum wheat quality.The plant material was 115 F2-F6 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from the cross of two durum wheat varieties `Esquilache x Valgera¿. The field trial was conducted in a randomized complete block design with two replications. The glutenin and gliadin composition was performed using SDS-PAGE and A-PAGE. The quality was evaluated by SDS-sedimentation test, Mixograph and Gluten Index.
