Abstract
InthisdocumentamicrostripconstrainedlensdeviceforKuband,formicrowavepurpose,ispresented. Thispaperoffersanoverviewofartificiallens-typedevicesandtheproposedtransmitarraylensis thoroughlystudiedintermsofdesignandmanufacturing,witharchitecturediscussionandselection, alongwiththedesign,manufacturingandvalidationofalltheformingcomponentsofthetransmitarray (transmissioncircuits,radiatingelements,etc.).Eachelementisproperlycharacterizedandassembled properlyinthecompletetransmitarrayprototype.Eventually,radiationpatternmeasurementsaswellas gainanddirectivityvalues,areprovidedtoshowtheproperbehaviouroftheproposedtransmitarraylens
