Objectives	The primary objective of the degree is to train highly qualified professionals in the computer science sector, specifically in the field of hardware systems, with a global understanding of the areas associated with these systems and the ability to lead project development and adapt effectively to a rapidly changing environment. Graduates can go on to join companies in the information and communications sector in computer and research departments, working as analysts and project directors.
General objectives	To provide graduates with wide-ranging and versatile training, with a broad application which can be easily adapted to multidisciplinary working environments. To ensure that students acquire the fundamental knowledge, abilities and skills within their specialist area, with a mentality which will enable them to adapt to new professional areas. To provide students with the ability to learn independently and increase their knowledge throughout their professional lives. To provide students with the ability to analyse, create and put into practice computer projects which include hardware and software integration in the field of scientific and technological instrumentation, automation, and information and communications systems. To provide students with the ability to undertake and assess projects in the design, specification, implementation, validation and updating of computer systems and products, including computing systems, integrated systems and computer networks. To provide students with the ability to carry out projects for the use and maintenance of computer applications which include distributed information systems. To provide students with the ability to direct, analyse, create and implement information security projects. To provide students with the ability to direct and coordinate computer projects and perform information auditing tasks.
