The Degree in Food Science and Technology is a second cycle degree to which students may be admitted after completing the first cycle of any of the following degrees:

1st Cycle of Biotechnology Degree
1st Cycle of Chemical Sciences Degree
1st Cycle of Pharmacy Degree
1st Cycle of Biological Sciences Degree
1st Cycle of Medical Degree
1st Cycle of Veterinary Science Degree
1st Cycle of Marine Biology Degree
1st Cycle of Agricultural Engineering
1st Cycle of Forestry Engineering
1st Cycle of Chemical Engineering

or after obtaining one of the following qualifications:
Diploma in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
Technical Agricultural Engineering, specialising in Agricultural and Food Industries.
Technical Industrial Engineering, specialising in Industrial Chemistry.
Technical Agricultural Engineering, specialising in Horticulture and Gardening.
Technical Agricultural Engineering, specialising in Agriculture and Livestock Farming.
Technical Forestry Engineering, specialising in Forest Industries.

The Agricultural Industries section of Agricultural Engineering has a high number of subjects in common with this degree (approximately 70%).
