Our group takes a highly active part in scientific and technical research projects, mainly granted in public competitive tenders. We also collaborate on public/private projects, with university-business association mechanisms, and we provide advice and specialist know-how to international bodies, associations, syndicates and other organisations.
We work in Spain and internationally, particularly on European projects and with Latin American institutions. We have extensive experience working in developing countries in the southern and eastern Mediterranean, Asia and Latin America.
We organise and give specialist, advanced training courses, post-graduate courses, seminars, conferences and other, similar activities. In the field of teaching, we are also involved in educational innovation and research experiences driven by the UPM.
Some of us also collaborate in the R&I activities and knowledge transfer and dissemination of the Cajamar-UPM Chair of Agricultural Economics and Politics.
