The Projects and Quality group is a unit with a solid senior foundation and a recent body of work mainly oriented toward sustainability/ESG/SDGs, digitalization and AI, educational innovation, and applied process and project management. Although the portal shows a very robust accumulated trajectory in publications, citations, and training activity, its current profile is better understood through a recency¿weighted reading.
Thus, the group appears as a mature yet dynamic structure: the senior core continues to sustain its scientific, teaching, and organizational capacity, while more recent profiles drive emerging lines. The resulting image is not that of a classic projects¿and¿quality group, but rather that of an expanded Organizational Engineering group, with connections to sustainability, digital transformation, innovative teaching, and social applications.
The visible team consists of 12 people, 11 faculty/research staff and 1 PhD candidate/contracted researcher, structured in three layers: a leading senior tier, an active intermediate tier, and an emerging one. As a whole, the group combines consolidated leadership with a clearly applied and up¿to¿date agenda.
