We are a group of researchers, technical staff ad support staff from various Schools at the UPM: HTSE for Mines and Energy, HTSE for Agronomy, Food and Biosystems, HTS for Buildings and HTS for Civil Engineering. Due to our multi-disciplinary nature, we cover multiple lines of research, as can be seen from our presence in three clusters at the Moncloa IEC: Global Change and New Energy, Materials for the Future and Heritage.
fiSCI-UPM was consolidated in 2009, and currently has 18 members, with 50% of them being Associate and Head Professors and Senior Lecturers.
