The ‘European Charter for Researchers’ and the ‘Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers’

EURAXESS Rights provides information regarding the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, as well as their implementation.

Both the ‘Charter’ and the ‘Code’ establish the roles, responsibilities and entitlements of researchers, as well as those of their employers and sponsors. The two documents ensure that research is an attractive career and improve the recruitment and working conditions of researchers in Europe.
