Software description
The Libraries for collaborative analysis of biomedical images are a series of tools that can be coupled, adapted and extended with additional modules to offer remote imaging analysis services assisted by mobile apps, image acquisition devices and human and algorithmic collaborators. The libraries are divided into 5 thematic modules which, in turn, are sub-divided into various codes. Four modules are aimed at the acquisition of data and medical images on processing systems via mobile apps and associated hardware. The fifth module refers to a series of software programs and modules in the cloud that make it possible to process, analyse and visualise the information via the web.
